Getting Ready to Pre-Pack Bags
Friday, September 18:
A small group of socially distanced, mask wearing Food Pantry volunteers will be in the lower level from 5-6pm setting up the assembly line needed to pre-pack bags for shoppers. Read more

Saturday, September 19:

Sunday, September 20:
Often worshipers are asked to put away their devices during worship service, but you won’t hear that on Social Media Sunday, September 20. Why? Because Jesus said so. Jesus tells the story of the rich man and Lazarus, proclaiming "If they do not listen to Moses and the prophets, neither will they be convinced even if someone rises from the dead."  People need to be told the Good News in multiple ways: in person, Facebook, Instagram, website, letter, etc. Each of us must share the Good News! Our book group on “White Fragility” by Robin DiAngelo, starts Tuesday, September 22, at 7pm.  The discussions, which will be held every two weeks through November 24 (skipping Election Day) are open to all and will take place via Zoom.  If you are interested in participating, please email Father Jerry.  There is no fee for participating.  The book can be purchased through bookshop.org, amazon.com, Watchung Booksellers in Montclair, and other online retailers.
