Food Pantry

The Holy Spirit Pantry will continue local home deliveries for December and accept shoppers on Saturday, December 26 from 9-11am, our usual 4th Saturday distribution day.  Shoppers must maintain physical distancing and remain within their cars.  Volunteers will be required to wear masks and will bring pre-packaged bags to shoppers' cars.

A small group of socially distanced, mask wearing Food Pantry volunteers will be in the lower level for three shifts (8:30-9:30am, 9:45-10:45am and 11am-12pm) prepackings bags for our shoppers -- they will then carry them up to the sanctuary.  It's hard physical work!

We are grateful to the Cedar Grove Den 4 Cub Scouts for hosting yet another Food Drive for our Pantry.  This year it will be in our parking lot (36 Gould Street) on Saturday, October 31 from 10am to 1pm.  Food donations can be brought during these hours and trick-or-treating scouts will collect them.  For more information, click here.

The dedicated members of the Verona Fire Department will once again collect donations for the Holy Spirit Verona Food Pantry.  On Sunday, December 13 around 4:30pm they will drop off the truckloads of items.  We are grateful for their dedication and hard work!  Rain date is Sunday, December 20.
