Sunday School Classes Have Begun!

Our Sunday School classes have begun, and students can join at any time.  Parents should bring kids (Pre-K to 4th grade) to the Lower Level of the Church by 9:50am, and classes take place during the first half of worship.  Students grades 5th and up remain in the Sanctuary through the reading of the Gospel. Early Morning Sunday Worship

Every Sunday at 8am we offer a Quiet Eucharist in our historic All Saints Chapel. The intimate service includes silence, Taize chants and time to "be still." Read more

Sunday School Open House for Parents

Holy Spirit Welcomes Parents to Open House The Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit, located at 36 Gould Street in Verona, invites parents to an Open House on Monday, September 19th at 7:30 pm to learn more about its Christian Education program for children and its new Parents Share discussion group that will take place monthly throughout the school year. Centering Prayer on Tuesdays

Our Centering Prayer Group meets on Tuesdays at 7:30pm in our Fellowship Hall.  CHECK WEBSITE CALENDAR TO CONFIRM MEETING DATES.  After twenty minutes of Centering we experience some other contemplative practice or reflection.  Sometimes it is sharing a book or watching a video, other times we join in the spiritual practice of Lexio Divina.  Read more

Multi-Church Book Group - "The New Jim Crow"

Holy Spirit Verona will join Church of the Epiphany and Christ Church (Orange) and St. George's (Maplewood) in reading and discussing Michelle Alexander's book "The New Jim Crow."  The group will meet from 7:30-9pm on Wednesdays from October 5 - November 16.   If you would like to participate, please email Fr. Verona 4-H Lego Club Meets At Holy Spirit Once Again
